After the event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, instead of being played in even years it will now be played during odd years. The Presidents Cup will now be played in even years. The two previously switched following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in the United States.

The 2021 Ryder Cup was held at the Whistling Straits Golf Course in Wisconsin from Sept. 24-26. The US claimed a resounding 19-9 victory in what turned out to be a thrilling affair.

There won’t be much of a futures market for either tournament for the fact that there is no traditional “winner” to wager on.
